Mary Moore Mitchell Scholarship

Funded annually by a donation of Library Interiors, Inc., the recipient of the Mary Moore Mitchell scholarship is selected by the Scholarship Committee with the advice of the faculty of the Louisiana State University School of Library and Information Science.

Gulf Coast Recovery

The Library Interiors Group is proud to be a part of the Gulf Coast Recovery Project sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and administered by SoliNET.

This is an on-going project with additional temporary library facilities in Jefferson Parish Louisiana, Orleans Parish and Plaquemines Parish Louisiana still to be completed.

Please check out one of our newest installations at the Algiers Charter School District of St. Bernard Parish. This section of New Orleans was heavily devastated by Hurricane Katrina and the citizens of St. Bernard Parish are very excited to have this beautiful and colorful libary for their patrons.
